Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) is an international non-governmental organization, whose activities are aimed at supporting ecologically and socially responsible forest management and ensuring the sustainable use of forest resources.
FSC haven’t conducted media communication in Ukraine. Therefore, in order to create awareness of their activities among a very narrow audience, they enlisted the support of a PR agency.
Key stakeholders of the organization include representatives of public authorities, environmental NGOs, woodworking business and forestry enterprises. Among the tasks were both creating general awareness of FSC among a wide audience, and very targeted communications aimed at a narrow group of stakeholders. To achieve these goals, we chose to talk about the complex in simple terms for all Ukrainians, and for stakeholders - expert articles.

What we have done:
● Prepared communication strategy;● Prepared 2 reputational audit (1 at the beginning of cooperation and 1 after the end of campaign) to understand, if our stakeholders have changes their opinion about FSC;● Organized 4 round tables where we have gathered stakeholders from different sectors to the common dialogue;● Regular publications in media with hard topic but in simple words.

Second reputation audit has showed that stakeholders started to understood better what FSC is and what exactly organization is doing.
