Communication goals in 2023:● To make the company more appealing to Ukrainian engineers;●Raise general awareness of GlobalLogic and the company's projects;● Tell about the contribution and influence of Ukrainian engineers.

Ukrainian engineers are changing the world with technology.

What we did:
● Developed a communication campaign, which was aimed at three communication areas:- For interns and juniors, we talked about the company's educational programs.- For engineers at the Middle+ level, we talked about complex and progressive projects to show why companies from the Fortune 500 list choose GlobalLogic as a partner in the development of technological solutions.- For the general knowledge about GlobalLogic, we generated high-profile news about projects and partnerships.● A total of 37 press releases, 27 expert materials and comments for Tier 1 media (with a reach of over 1 million views per month) were prepared in a year, and 13 interviews with GlobalLogic top management were organized for the largest Ukrainian media: Forbes, Economic Pravda, DOU and others.
