For over 3 years, we have been a strategic partner to GlobalLogic, one of Ukraine’s largest IT companies. Together, we implement an external communications strategy aimed at strengthening the company’s market leadership and attracting top talent through impactful messaging.
Our goals have evolved over the years, but our partnership has remained constant. We started by attracting specialists and promoting projects within Ukraine. Later, we shifted focus to highlighting international expertise and the Ukrainian team's standing in the global market, launching the "Make an impact beyond the code" campaign. This initiative aimed to demonstrate the profound impact technological projects have on our everyday lives.
In 2025, our primary goal shifted to increasing brand awareness among Senior-level specialists.
To attract Senior-level specialists, we had to speak their language—the language of technical expertise. To achieve this, we:
● Collaborated with team experts to create columns. We wrote about knowledge, experience, and key developments in a way that was native, insightful, and avoided oversimplification. This included topics such as MedTech, the automotive industry, telecommunications, and more.● Developed technical articles alongside engineers. In Ukraine, there is only one media outlet that truly speaks to developers in their own language — the language of code, problem-solving, and practical case studies: DOU. We researched the mechanics of article creation, refined our approach, and ensured a consistent presence for our IT experts in the "Tech Articles" section of the portal. To do this, we supported authors at every step, from topic selection to the final publication.
