Media-trainings and speaker preparation: confident delivery of key messages

Combining content and delivery for powerful public communication

down

The agency team prepares speakers not just to "perform well," but to clearly and confidently convey the company's position in the media, at public events, and in complex communication situations. At the heart of the approach is a combination of two things that often exist separately: content and delivery. On the one hand, we work on exactly what the speaker says: developing a clear key messaging structure, the logic of argumentation, the ability to stay on the topic and remain composed under the pressure of complex or provocative questions. On the other — how it sounds and looks: verbally and non-verbally, in interaction with journalists, bloggers, the audience, or the camera.

Our team focuses separately on preparation for complex and crisis scenarios. The agency models real situations in which a speaker might find themselves and practices responses so that even in tense conditions, communication remains strong. For this purpose, simulated on-camera interviews are conducted with uncomfortable questions, limited time, realistic high-pressure conditions, after which speakers receive detailed analysis and recommendations. Public speaking coaches are engaged in the process to refine voice position, tempo, gestures, and overall confidence.
Each training program is tailored to the specific business and communication task, from preparing top management for media and public appearances to working with regional representatives or experts. This approach was applied, in particular, in preparing speakers of a large FMCG brand for communicating with the media, in working with Rakuten Viber on public communication, as well as during media training for local government bodies within GIZ projects.
As a result, the business gets speakers who communicate with one clear strategic narrative, clearly convey the brand's position, and present themselves confidently in any given format. This directly improves the quality of communication, the level of trust, and the company's ability to manage its public image.
